We established the Susan Triggiani Insurance Agency here at 1301 Baltimore Pike in Springfield in March 1980. We began with the INA Insurance Company and added many fine, A+ rated companies. Over these last 30 years our strong commitment to our customers has been rewarded year after year by seeing eighty percent of our customers return. We are proud to know most of our customers on a first name basis.
Our companies now include Access, Agency Insurance Company of Maryland, American Collectors, American Independent, American modern, Bristol West, Capitol, Dairyland, Diamond State, Farmers, Foremost, GMAC, Golden Rule, Hartford, Infinity, Lititz Mutual, Mercury, Midcontinent, Philadelphia Contributionship, Progressive, Travelers, Zurich. We are easy to find. We are directly opposite the main entrance of the Springfield Mall and there is plenty of parking. Also, we are easily accessible by trolley, train or bus. We have no sterile counter, no glass shield; come in, sit down, we will make it easy for you.

Susan Triggiani
I feel blessed. When I established our agency in March 1980, I had a vision of a company that would make your needs a priority and make it affordable. I also saw a few children in the mix. Joe and I were surprised by twins, Brian & Paul 1983, Jeff in 1985 and Michael in 1991. Debbie joined us in 1991 and we became the ideal family business. Our customers make our business a perfect blessing.
Joe MorrisonI was torn between being a center fielder for a major league baseball team and a secret agent but the lure of excitement and danger as a suburban insurance agent, dad and husband was too much to resist. Call Joe and add more excitement to his life.
Debbie CoinI met Susan in September 1990 when she was looking for a house cleaner and that was my business at the time. We hit it off by February, she convinced me to ditch the broom and join the agency. After 21 years, I have become not only a member of the agency but a member of the family as well. I married Joe Coin 31 years ago. I have two children, Dan and Lisa and three cats. I enjoy crafts, baking and building. When customers stop in they often find some of my sweets here for them to enjoy.
Mike MorrisonMike is currently a junior at Temple University. This summer he became the newest producer and Relationship Manager. He is struggling with the choices he will have to make after graduation in 2013. We hope he chooses the agency.
Rico (Maine Coon Mascot)Joined the agency in 2010. While he was hired to discourage undesirables, he has become our resident greeter and warm fuzzy. His true talent lies in his ability to greet those who would like to be greeted, ignore those who are not partial to cats and the wisdom to know the difference.
