An Agency by the Mall was established in 1980 by Susan P. Triggiani, who has thirty years of experience in the Insurance business. Joe Morrison joined with Susan soon after, bringing his own twenty years worth of experience with him. Debbie Coin came on board as an agent in 1991, and in 1997, we opened Paoli Insurance and Tags, which merged with our Springfield agency in 2001.
